ok so its been like days since I started dis blog thing and days since my first one,
gotta admit I'm not really into blogging I mean, I enjoy reading 'em but lets just say I'm more of a diary-type kidda girl.
ok, lets get started!
what to say, discuss?
well now I'm Home (referring 2 AD) glad to be here really, I miss my fmly. weird as it sounds, I enjoy hearing my annoying yet vivacious siblings screams, n fight, and I miss talking to them n hearing them talk like Yoda n Darth Vader (we're Star Wars fans) as well! My mom of course, my heart n soul. My dad, my protector n strangely motivator.
So urm for this recent trip back home, I transit at Singapore which was Ok I guess compared to last trip whih I transit in Qatar. Minimised the scary part or sure. Singapore was ok untill a certain incident with the I guess you can call her the transit officer? She works at the transit counter, so at 1255pm I arrived in CHANGI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Singapore, quickly look 4 the transfer desk 4 my transfer 2 Abu Dhabi. The lady n duty asked me as she was checking my passport;
LadyOnDuty: Miss did you resist assistants to board this flight?
Me: I'm sorry?
LadyOnDuty: Did you resists assistants? Did they ask you to fill any forms in KLIA?
Me: Erm no I dont think so??
LadyOnDuty: Well, You are under age, dont you need assistants or are you travelling alone?
Me: Oh I didnt know bout that, my dad booked the ticket for me. (while smiling)
see, usually when people look at me, and see my tall-large figure, they would assume that I'm a college student. Maybe 19? 21? 22 years old? N sometimes people who I know are OLDER than me would call me "kak.."
feeling a bit wrin-kly when that happens, in my head this will pop out,
"sedar tak aku ni baru 17, kau tu dh 20 lbei panggil aku kak pulak. What the..??"
My point is, its nice that someone finally acknowledge you as not-old. Aha, nevermind. After the transfer desk, went to a shop at the airport, bought a bottle of water which costs 3.60 Singapore Dollars. I only drank like a tiny portion cause the thought of Singapore recycle pee-water in to drinking water was enough to make me sick, n the water tasted funny so I threw the bottle away! ( I know, such a waste).
welcome to singapore airlines!
the plane was alright, purple was everywhere, the monitor was kidda small though compared to Etihad n Qatar. But it was alright. I sat near the window next to a Phillipino women. She was nice! so was the phillipino guy who sat next to her. As I ate (rendang with hot rice n roated chicken salad) n drink (mainly juices, apple and orange, avoid drinking caffein n such when Ur air travelling it causes You 2 dehydrated). Watched "Race To Witch Mountain", it was an ok trip.
FINALLY! WELCOME TO ABU DHABI
here are some pics rom AD;
